• Vancouver 2010 Olympics: Limited Availability- Book Soon! (Cancellations before December 31st, 2009 are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. There will be NO refunds given for cancellations after December 31st, 2009)             

Additional Fees:

• $5 Non-Refundable Reservation Fee (per Cabin)
• $5 Cancellation Fee
• $50 Key Replacement Fee for any lost or stolen keys
• $10 Internet Access. Reservations in Length from One to Seven Days

Please Note:

• A $250 security deposit is required by credit card upon check-in for each cabin. This will be returned to the credit card once the cabin has been cleaned and inspected
• Check-In is anytime between 3pm and 5pm from September 2008 to May 2009 at the Visitor Information building located at 4169 Columbia Valley Highway, or as otherwise specified
• Check-out is at 11am
• Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking
• Cancellation Policy: Please provide us with 7 days notice prior to your arrival. Cancellations must be submitted by email clpbcbn@telus.net or by fax at 604-858-8091
  
• Minimum Stays: We require a minimum stay of two nights on weekends, and 3 nights on long weekends
• 10pm Noise Restriction
• Beach towels are not provided - please bring extra towels
• No maid service, No pets, No smoking, No telephone, No open fires, No tents, No tarps
• Rates are subject to change, please confirm rate when booking
• We accept Visa, Mastercard and Debit only for payments
• No refunds after check-in
• Prices include tax
• Community Fire Pit Regulations: CURRENTLY CLOSED. Fires allowed ONLY between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., leaving a fire unattended will result in a $250 fine, fires must be contained in the fire ring- kept low and away from trees, an adult must attend fires at all times.

Fun Extras:

• Please ask our Visitor Services staff for information on any seasonal coupon offers or discounts for activities, or special events in Cultus Lake Park to assist in coordinating your stay in our beautiful Park.
• A collection of games may be signed out daily from the Visitor Services staff (eg. Bocce Ball). There are ample sunny and shady spots on our lawns to play outdoor games!

• If you are planning a wedding at Cultus Lake and are interested in being married in a Church, we have an Interdenominational Church located at the corner of Fir and Sunnyisde Boulevard.
