FVRD Liquid Waste Management Plan - Please participate in survey

The Fraser Valley Regional District (FVRD) invites you to contribute to creating a long-term plan that aims to protect and enhance the environment and public health in the Cultus Lake area. FVRD is developing a Liquid Waste Management Plan (LWMP) to establish a 20-year plan for managing liquid waste in the Cultus Lake area. The project will examine existing conditions and identify options for the long-term management of liquid wastes, such as wastewater, stormwater, agricultural runoff, and biosolids. The FVRD has commissioned Urban Systems Ltd. to facilitate this process over the next 18 to 24 months. The LWMP utilizes a transparent public process to solicit ideas and comments from the citizens for their opinions on management of liquid wastes.

FVRD invites you to access the link below and participate in the survey.  Here is a newsletter to give some background information to go with the LWMP survey.
