Cancellation Policy

• Deposit refund in full if cancelled at least seven (7) days before arrival date, excluding $5 reservation fee and $5 cancellation fee per site.
• If cancelled within seven (7) days before arrival, the first night plus $5 reservation fee and $5 cancellation fee per site is forfeited, and the remainder of deposit is refunded.
• No refunds for early departures
