Inkboy Tattoo – Tattooing the World One Person at a Time

People around the world have been practicing the art of tattooing for thousands of years. Tattoos have always been used to represent various cultures and beliefs – they symbolize an idea, memorialize loved ones and memories, acknowledge life’s challenges, achievements and milestones, and simply provide artistic beauty.

Inkboy Tattoo has been a Cultus Lake Park commercial leaseholder for five of the company’s 15 years. Owned by tattoo artist Jody Blakeway – Inkboy Tattoo offers all aspects of custom tattoo work, specializing in realism, portraits, fine-line and colour tattoos. Anyone looking to memorialize their special day at Cultus Lake only has to walk to the plaza to have an artist recreate it in a tattoo.

Those who choose Inkboy Tattoo are provided with a relaxing, laidback and professional experience in a very unique environment. In the last couple of years, Inkboy Tattoo has added three new staff members to help with their growing clientele.

The shop manager/assistant, Tessa, facilitates the booking process as well as day-to-day operations, providing a standard of comfort and ease to the artists and clients throughout the tattoo process. Nate has been at Inkboy Tattoo for two years. With a background in graphic design, he brings a strong passion for art and design to all of his pieces. Steph recently graduated from apprentice to artist; she has allowed Inkboy Tattoo to expand their clientele with a greater potential for walk-ins, on a first-come, first-served basis.

All tattoos done in the studio are original and are created with great attention to detail and client preferences.
