Dead and Dying Trees Scheduled for Removal at Cultus Lake Park
On Wednesday, October 13th and Thursday, October 14, 2021 an Arborist will be at Cultus Lake Park to continue with the removal of multiple dead, dying, dangerous or damaged trees near roadways and residential areas.
Cultus Lake Park staff identified multiple dead, dying or dangerous trees near Mountain View Road, Park Drive, Lakeshore Drive and First Avenue.
We recommend that residents be cautious while in the applicable areas to allow for the safe and timely completion of the removal. We expect that the work will have minimal disruption to roadways and residents.
Staff will work closely with the Cultus Lake Park Environmental Planning and Development Committee to replace these trees in the Spring of 2022.
