IMPORTANT PARKING UPDATE – Residential Parking Permits

A friendly reminder that all resident and guest vehicles parking throughout residential and designated overflow lots, are required to be permitted through the Parking Permit Portal. Bylaw Enforcement Officers and Security are now actively enforcing in all parking areas to validate permits and seek compliance.

If you are having password difficulty, staff recommend that you reset your password and wait approximately ten (10) minutes before entering the temporary password into the portal. This should avoid system errors and temporary blocking of access.

Helpful Tip: If you can, copy and paste the temporary password from your email to avoid mistyping of characters.
