Food Truck/Tent Application

Join us for an all-day festival at beautiful Cultus Lake Park’s Main Beach. This event brings in thousands of locals and vacationers each year. A morning parade and pancake breakfast,  community competitions, kid’s activities, live music, and beverage garden. This is not an event to miss!

• Event Date: Saturday June 22, 2024
• Event Time: 8:30am – 10:00pm
• Food Trucks/Tents: 11:30am – 9:00pm
• Load in: 9:00am -11:00am

The food trucks will be located outdoors on the grassy area of Main Beach. Each vendor may come with a sandwich board to place near their truck, and is responsible for ensuring that their site is clean of waste at all times. Garbage receptables will be placed throughout the food truck area, but vendors are encouraged to provide their own as well.

• By submitting an application with Cultus Lake Park Board Community Events & Engagement Committee you agree that:
  
  1 - You have all required permits/licenses to operate the business in which you are applying with (Food Safe, Fraser Health Permit, LCLB, Serving it Right, Cosmetic Notification Number, Organic Certification Number)
  
  2 - Business Liability Insurance
  
  3- Cancellations received prior to June 10th (midnight) will be refunded in entirety. Cancellations received beyond the date of June 10th forfeit their market application fee.

Once you have submitted this application please give us 5 (five) business days to review your submission. We may ask for photographs of your products and may ask additional questions. We will endeavour to ensure there are minimal or no duplicate products represented at the event.

You will be notified via email if your application has been successful and you will be given further information about how to pay and confirm your space.
