2017 Penticton Dragon Boat Festival

2017 Penticton Dragon Boat Festival

The Cultus Lake Dragonflyers brought home a gold medal over the weekend.
All the women's Dragon Boat team practiced 3 X a week on Cultus Lake starting April to Sept. They beat out other teams to win Gold on September 9th @ Skaha Lake in Penticton. Their Captain for the event was Anneke Van Leeuwen.

Please note that no decisions have been made by the Cultus Lake Park Board at this time on the Parking Report.  The Board had requested that the report be released to the public so that the public could provide their comments on the recommendations made in the report prior to any decisions being made or future steps taken.

The Board has requested that more time be provided to the residents in order for more comments to be received and therefore has extended the date to receive public comments until Friday September 29, 2017.  Staff anticipate that a staff report on Parking will be presented at the September 13 and October 18, 2017 Board Meetings.
