If you would like to participate as a Food Truck Vendor at the Cultus Lake Day Event, please fill out the application form below:

Event Time: 8:30 am – 10:00 pm
Food Truck Hours: 11:30 am – 9:00 pm
Load In Time: 9:00 am – 11:00 am
Food Truck Vendor Fee: $200

Food Truck Vendor Payment Due Date: Friday, May 30, 2025 – please bring cheque or call with credit card information to the Cultus Lake Park office at 604.858.3334.

Terms and Conditions of Application *

By submitting an application with Cultus Lake Park Board Community Events & Engagement Committee you agree that:

1 - You have all required permits/licenses to operate the business in which you are applying with (which may include, but not limited to, Food Safe, Fraser Health Permit, LCLB, Serving it Right, Cosmetic Notification Number, or Organic Certification Number);

2 - Business Liability Insurance

3- Cancellation received prior to June 9th at 11:59 pm will be refunded in entirety. Cancellations received beyond the date of June 9th forfeit their market application fee.
