Cultus Lake Fire Department
The Cultus Lake Volunteer Fire Department services the Cultus Lake Park jurisdiction as well as certain areas within the Fraser Valley Regional District and the Soowahlie First Nation community.
The department is led by:
- Fire Chief – Warren Mazuren (604-845-0075)
- Assistant Fire Chief – Cory Helmer
- Battalion Chief – Cody Helmer
The Cultus Lake Volunteer Fire Department has a long and proud history of serving the community. Today it is made up of 20 – 25 trained volunteer firefighters, who continuously train to the highest degree.
The full range of fire protection services provided by the Cultus Lake Volunteer Fire Department includes:
- Fire and rescue operations
- Training of volunteer firefighters
- Public education
- Public relations
These services are provided by the Cultus Lake Volunteer Fire Station at 75 Sunnyside Boulevard in Cultus Lake Park. Cultus Lake Volunteer Firefighters are dispatched through the Regional/FVRD Ecomm-911 system.
